TEHRAN – The director of the Iranian Privatization Organization (IPO) announced reaching a final agreement for the privatization of the Mellat Bank and the Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI).
Gholamreza Kord Zanganeh said that officials of the IPO, the Securities and Exchange Organization, Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), the TCI, and the Mellat Bank came to terms on Monday to offer the shares on the TSE, IRINN reported.
